ABOUT WARRANTY

While I strive to ensure the highest quality finish and production of all jewelery pieces, it is possible that a piece may have a fault or minor defect. Because of this, I offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and/or workmanship.  If an item has a fault, contact me regarding the issue and I will do my best to remedy the situation, either by repairing the fault, replacing the item if possible (Please note - one of a kind items are exempt) or by offering an exchange or refund.

Misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use including daily wear and tear are not covered by my warranty and will require no action on my part in regards to the item in question.
